Here's what makes Ace & Tate special to him, along with a glimpse into his daily routine.Can you describe a typical day at work for you at Ace and Tate?A typical day at Ace & Tate starts with me arriving a bit early to get everything set up. I ensure all the equipment is in working order and the workspace is spotless before grabbing a coffee. Once everything is in place, I double-check that all is ready for our first customers. The rest of the day is dedicated to conducting eye exams and assisting customers with their vision needs.What are the most rewarding aspects of your job at Ace and Tate?The best part of my job is seeing the joy on people’s faces when their vision improves. Even though Bert is officially retired, his dedication to helping others remains strong. It’s incredibly rewarding to know that we can also alleviate issues like migraines and headaches caused by poor eyesight.
